When I first visited Riva del Garda, it was the middle of autumn; and to my amazement, it felt like it was all the four seasons at the same time. The scent of still blooming flowery bushes reminded me of spring; the trees with ripe peaches and oranges recalled summer; on the next street, the smell of autumn leaves awaited; and in the evenings, the fires at the restaurant patios evoked the coming cold of winter.
It was magnificent - and I can imagine the Pearl of Lake Garda in the beginning of spring is at least equally beautiful. Would you like to see it for yourself?
