Its repertoire includes choral music from the Middle Ages to the 21st century, works by contemporary Greek composers, traditional songs, spirituals, etc. It has given numerous concerts in Greece, Germany, Slovakia, Bulgaria, Norway, Switzerland, Hungary, Cyprus, Turkey, and Serbia. Since 2023, the choir has been organizing annually the “Arta Sacred Music Festival” which takes places in Byzantine churches of Arta. Since November 2021, the choir has been conducted by Antonis Ververis.  less

Mission statement: To train boys in the choral art with an emphasis on music literacy and the highest artistic standards. Boys will learn life-long skills and go forth into the world as skilled tenors and basses and leaders in their future choirs.

Our programme varies from stunning ma...  moreHart Voices is a mixed voice choir based in Fleet, Hampshire which achieves a high-standard of singing from a non-auditioned choir. We perform four concerts each year across three terms running from September to July. Our programme varies from stunning major choral works to satisfying chamber music programmes and the occasional light programme of popular numbers! Singers are drawn not only from Fleet and the surrounding area, but also outlying towns including Guildford and Basingstoke. choir membership is currently around 50 voices, many of whom hAve sung with the choir for several years. The combined experience and enthusiasm enables us to explore new musical horizons - both in repertoire and venue. We aim to broaden our experience, strive for quality and musicality in our performances and involve young singers wherever possible.
