Then Pro Vocant is the ensemble for you. Since its foundation in 2007, the Bremen based ensemble has been putting its own spin on the world of music, with interpretations that continue to surprise their audiences. Six Male solists present the deep yet humorous side of vocal music. Their clarity in sound and expression, the abillity to let music speak for itself, sets them apart. Their individual artistic skills and personalities harmonize into a one of a kind ensemble! Pro Vocants musical interpretation has been well received all over, earning them a third placing at the German A cappella Contest 2012! Pro Vocant cooperates regularly with other artists and groups , ranging from projects with the worldmusician Willy Schwarz, the feMale ensemble Jinger and Tonic from Melbourne to joint concerts with other vocal groups like VIP und arcanum musicae from Dresden.  less

The Forest City Fire a cappella chorus aims to sing interesting and challenging music with a high level of precision and expertise. It is our belief that a cappella singing can be enjoyed by people from all ages and all walks of life.

Performance by the Mansfield University Concert Choir conducted by Peggy Dettwiler at the 2014 World Choir Games in Riga, Latvia. They won a gold medal and third place in the Mixed Youth Choir Category.

Established during the spring of 2011 De Heeren (translated as "the gentlemen") are the latest ensemble of the Netherlands. De Heeren consists of 8 men, most of whom study at the Fontys Conservatoire in Tilburg. What sets this group apart is that is has musical as well as classical trained singers. Due to this wide variety of musical diversity of this group it allows for a broad selection of repertoire. Most of their repertoire is arranged by members of the group and offers an extensive selection of different styles.  less

Their mission is to entertain, educate, unite and uplift their audiences and members through music that is distinguished for its innovation, diversity and artistic excellence. Their philanthropic mission is to provide funding and support for music education in our schools and the community. On September 10 of this year, Nashville Singers awarded their first Music Makes a Difference music education grant to John Overton High School. The singers are all volunteers, range in age from teenagers to retirees and travel from five different counties throughout Middle Tennessee to be a part of the chorus. Coro Polifonico Maschile Segossini è il nuovo nome che sostituisce Su Cuncordiu Sinniesu fondato a Sìnnai nel 1998. La denominazione attuale vuole essere un richiamo all’origine del toponimo Sìnnai. Due tra le ipotesi più accreditate sulla formazione d...  moreCoro Polifonico Maschile Segossini è il nuovo nome che sostituisce Su Cuncordiu Sinniesu fondato a Sìnnai nel 1998. La denominazione attuale vuole essere un richiamo all’origine del toponimo Sìnnai. Due tra le ipotesi più accreditate sulla formazione del nome del paese farebbero infatti derivare Sìnnai dal fenicio sina (rovo, luogo pieno di sterpi) o dal latino medievale sinnum (segno di confine fra i salti di due villaggi). Tali ipotesi sarebbero confermate anche dal nome del secondo villaggio che diede origine al paese: Segossini, che significherebbe per l’appunto “subito dopo Sinnai”, in quanto unione o del termine latino secus o sardo segus (traducibili entrambi con subito dopo o dietro) con il nome sina o sinnum. Il coro è composto attualmente da circa 20 elementi ed è diretto, dal settembre 2010, dal Mº Nicola Manca; il coro è costantemente impegnato nell’apprendimento e nella proposizione di un repertorio corale eterogeneo, frutto di approfondita ricerca e studio, che spazia dal canto Gregoriano ai...    less
