We are made up of 3 different choirs - Mixed Chorus, Treble Choir, and Concert Choir. All of our members are students at Port Huron Northern High School and range from 13-18 years of age. We all share a love of music and create joy through singing together.

GVA has Done concerts at the main churches, museums and theaters in Buenos Aires, as well as in Mendoza, Mercedes, Tandil and Capilla del Señor. Abroad, GVA has been part of: 2009 - 45 Barcelona International Days of Chorus Singing. Spain. 2011 - Cantus Salisburgenesis. Salzburg, Austria. Choral Festival Saint-Maximin. They also tour extensively, and have performed in US, Canad...  moreThe Southend Boys' Choir was formed in 1972 and the Girls' Choir in 1988. The choirs perform regularly in major LonDon venues including Royal Albert Hall, and sing with professional orchestras. They also tour extensively, and have performed in US, Canada, Australia, Singapore, Seychelles and across Europe. We welcome visiting choirs and enjoy joining with other youth choirs in concerts. We have a training choir for younger singers, and a choir for boys whose voices have changed.

One of our members Pammy says: ‘It’s funny - most of us think we can’t sing but somehow together, we sound amazing!’ She’s right!
