MBS is an active mens chorus and during our shows we like to combine quality and pleasure while performing. Our show should not only be a joy to your ears but it should also be a joy to your eyes ! That’s why we are rehearsing very hard every thursday night.

Amabile has almost 300 singers aged eight through adult, in eight choirs — four for girls and women, and four for boys and men. Amabile has achieved acclaim on National and world stages for its excellence in choral performance, with 14 CBC National Choral Competition awards and 7 interNational competition awards.  

We are a very friendly, enthusiastic and welcoming group of men. Our membership is made up of men from all walks of life who get together on a Tuesday night with a common goal - making music!

We are proud to share our performance of Bepi de Marzi's iconic "Ave Maria". This piece is a cornerstone of the Italian Male choir repertoire, and we performed it during our concert "Maria, Madre della Speranza" in Bollate (Italy).

A year before, there was already a Male vocal group consisting of six members called MIKE 6, the establishment of which was inspired by a US vocal group TAKE 6. A year before, there was already a Male vocal group consisting of six members called MIKE 6, the establishment of which was inspired by a US vocal group TAKE 6. Voxtet was basically formed by subsequent addition of feMale singers to MIKE6. The formation of Voxtet started out with nine persons but, during the first three years, it ca me down to the current six members. Most of the singers in Voxtet have their musical background in various choirs. Some of them still sing in Jihlava’s famous PS Campanula choir. 1999 Voxtet’s first concert took place on 31 May 1999 in Jihlava’s Horácké theatre. From then on, Voxtet’s performed at various minor events as well as its own big shows. 1999-2001 At the beginning, Voxtet was remarkable especially due to the absolute lack of a distinct dramaturgy.
