We are a Leicestershire based mixed male & Female chorus who sing close harmony in the Barbershop style. We meet at Birstall Social Club every Monday evening at 7.30pm. We are always looking for new Members. Why not come and join us?

No auditions, no fundraising and once a week rehearsals to fit busy schedules. ​The Choir rehearsals will teach vocal technique, voice production and projection, learning to sing in two part harmony, movement and rhythm, help build confidence, solo singing opportunities, performances and overall to have fun singing!! It was the official Choir of the Masaryk University in Brno between 1999 and 2003. Since then it has continued as a civic association. In 2003 Štěpán Policer took up the artistic leadership of Gaudeamus, since 2007 Dáša Karasová has been leading the Choir. The Choir has been undoubtedly contributing to the advancement of Brno musical culture by giving concerts and appearing at benefit events annually.
