Soulfood is Sydney based a cappella group. We sing everything from jazz, pop, funk, soul to motown, and sometimes add a bit of beatbox for a little more musical colour!

The choir s...  moreThe Choir of Notre-Dame de Bon Voyage has about 35 members and is the choir of the parish of Cannes, on the French Riviera. It was founded in 1898 by Albert Frommer, organist, and is now CONducted by Stephan Nicolay, chapel master, since 1999. The choir sings each sunday and on special occasion in the different churches of Cannes. It also sings 4 to 6 CONcerts a year, sometimes with an orchestra. His repertory covers all the sacred music from gregorian chant to 21st century. Among the last masterworks done in CONcert with an orchestra are Requiem (Saint-Saens), Stabat Mater (Haydn), Vesperae Solennes de CONfessore (Mozart), Gallia (Gounod), etc. New members are welcome.  less

The ensemble prepares CONcerts twice a year, singing highly diverse repertoire, ranging from renaissance compositions to CONtemporary music and everything in between. The word 'vacilando' is Spanish, and refers to taking enjoyment out of the journey rather than focusing on the destination. As such, the choir will take a more casual approach to music-making, with fewer performances throughout the season than Òran, our young adult choir. The group will still place an emphasis on all the things that make Kokopelli's music-making unique, however: community, multiculturalism, choral excellence, and multifaceted performances.  less
