Composed of about forty members, our group p...  moreOur association is situated in Saint-Martin-Vésubie, in the heart of the National Park of the Mercantour, in the southern Alps, north of Nice in the south-east of France, 50km from the seaside (Côte d’Azur). Composed of about forty members, our group presents itself either as a women’s choir, or a men’s choir or mixed choir. Our repertoire is varied and original : Renaissance, classical, traditional or more contemporary rhythms such as jazz, afro-latino, or contemporary songs. We celebrated in 2015 the thirtieth birthday of our association which has a long experience in exchange and sharing around choir singing. We have organized several festivals, masterclasses and various exchanges and thus contributed to the promotion of our region, the «département des Alpes-Maritimes» and to the development of choral singing (see examples below). Y así, creando armonías, una treintena de voces femeninas nos unimos para poder hacer realidad aquello que más queremos, música. Con orígenes Musicales distintos, como son el Coro de la Politécnica y el Coro de Jóvenes de la Comunidad de Madrid, buscamos cobijo bajo la rigurosa y expresiva mano de nuestro maestro, José de Felipe, que siempre nos ha guiado ya fuese desde nuestro nacimiento o desarrollo Musical. ABOUT the choir: Since 2009, the CWU Chamber choir has held annual recording sessions to create videos specifically designed for YouTube. All are under the baton of Dr. Gary A.
