On its first attempt at competitions in 2007, the group won Second Runner-Up in the prestigious PAGCOR Chorale Festival and was chosen as one of the top five winners in the Paskong Himig sa Lungsod ng PASIG Chorale Competition.
In December 2007, the Ars Cantica Ensemble was featured at the Opening Ceremonies of the Amazing European Union Christmas held at The Podium, Ortigas and was one of the choirs invited to grace the Sing For Me Project of the Department of Social Welfare and Development.
In February 2010, Ars Cantica Ensemble emerged as one of the winners in Sa ‘Yo Lamang Chorale Fest, a choral competition sponsored by ABS-CBN and Star Records. In line with this, the group recorded two tracks in the inspirational album, Sa ‘Yo Lamang, produced by Ms. Jamie Rivera under Star Records, which included theme song of the movie Sa ‘Yo Lamang with Juris, produced by Star Cinema.
Furthermore, the group had the privilege to be part of Pasinaya 2011 at the Cultural Center of the Philippines joining the Philippine Madrigal Singers and at 2011 Madz et al Latin American Concert Festival together with other prestigious choral groups.
As a testimony to its spiritual commitment and unwavering dedication to its music ministry, the Ars Cantica Ensemble continues to serve at the Shrine of Mary Queen of Peace (EDSA Shrine); Santo Niño de Paz (Greenbelt) and Rockwell Chapels in Makati; and at the Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital Chapel in Sta Mesa, Manila.
