Based in Winchester, the chorus currently has about 40 members of all ages who come from across Southern Hampshire. We continue to meet regularly via Zoom while we're unable to gather face to face. The chorus has competed locally, nationally and on occasion internationally, as well as entertaining local audiences at public and private events. The orchestra is composed by professional Early music musicians, who play original instruments. cappella Musicale Corradiana wants to discover Puglia’s musical heritage to increase Naples musical tradition. They have concerts in all of Europe. They are guests of musical Festivals and shows, such as Maldon Festival of Arts in England and Anima Mea – Musiche Mondi Memorie. They were also guests of Pontificio Comitato di Scienze storiche in Santa Croce in Gerusalemme in Rome to celebrate 500 years from V Lateran Council. Among its recordings there are: Passio Domini Nostri Iesu Christi secundum Ioannem (1816), Vito A.R. Cozzoli’s Oratorio (1777-1817); Officia in feria V et VI Maioris Hebdomadae, composed by Antonio Pansini (1703-1791) for three voices and continuo in the first half of XVIII century. The choir was founded in 2005 by several of St. Therese’s young parishioners, and currently has 53 singers from 27 different parishes in Archdiocese of Jakarta and 3 parishes in Archdiocese of Bogor. As the number of singers grows, cappella Victoria Jakarta evolves to focus on singing Sacred Polyphony music from the end of the 16th century, especially Roman Polyphony music and its various modern interpretations. Since 2006, cappella Victoria Jakarta routinely sings Sacred Polyphony music in Eucharistic Mass in St. Therese of Lisieux Parish. The choir has also sung Sacred Polyphony music in several other Catholic churches in Jakarta, Tangerang, Bandung and Semarang. Voice Weavers has open rehearsals on Thursday nights from 6:30pm QLD time at Tweed Heads Civic and Cultural Centre, cnr Wharf and Brett Sts Tweed Heads.
