Stella's repertoire embraces a diverse array of languages such as Arabic, Norwegian, Spanish, English, Zulu, French, Isixhosa, Filipino, Chinese, Hungarian, and beyond. The choir's mission is to craft a vibrant and inclusive musical journey steeped in multiculturalism.  

We are an active French community choir that presents 4 to 6 concerts per year. Our trademark is singing all concerts by memory, which means that with a changing repertoire, our members have to be willing to work hard. The choir s...  moreThe choir of Notre-Dame de Bon Voyage has about 35 members and is the choir of the parish of Cannes, on the French Riviera. It was founded in 1898 by Albert Frommer, organist, and is now conducted by Stephan Nicolay, chapel master, since 1999. The choir sings each sunday and on special occasion in the different churches of Cannes. It also sings 4 to 6 concerts a year, sometimes with an orchestra. His repertory covers all the sacred music from gregorian chant to 21st century. Among the last masterworks done in concert with an orchestra are Requiem (Saint-Saens), Stabat Mater (Haydn), Vesperae Solennes de Confessore (Mozart), Gallia (Gounod), etc. New members are welcome.  less
