The University Singers have performed throughout the world, and have sung with a variety of professional orchestras including the Hollywood Bowl Orchestra, the Pacific Symphony Orchestra, the Los Angeles Philharmonic Orchestra and the Boston Pops Esplanade Orchestra under the batons of conductors such as Carl St.Clair, John Mauceri, John Williams, and Keith Lockhart. Internationally acclaimed for their exquisite musicianship, they have been invited to perform at conferences organized by the American Choral Directors Association and the Music Educators National Conference. These singers represent a variety of majors and the general population of the University’s student body. They made their Carnegie Hall debut on Easter Sunday in 2012 with the New England Chamber Orchestra, and have performed for various State and divisional ACDA and NAfME conferences. The MSU Singers made their European debut in Paris and Normandy during the summer of 2014 and performed 8 concerts to acclaim during the summer of 2016 in Austria and The Czech Republic. In December of 2016 the MSU Singers were invited and performed at the White House in Washington D.C.  less
