The Merry Poppins. Last Sunday we performed in Café De Pianist in Amsterdam. That's me in the bottom right corner playing and conducting :) We performed songs from musicals such as Hair, Fiddler on the Roof, Sister Act, and of course Mary Poppins. This is Sister Suffragette, the marching song of our choir. It's of course a wink to my favorite musical movie - I must have watched it at least a dozen times. It keeps inspiring my love for singing. We mostly sing musical songs, but not exclusively. We are dedicated to making this a great amateur choir. But, as Mary Poppins sang: 'In every job that must be done / there is an element of fun / You find the fun / and SNAP the job's a game'
