Our aspiration is to take township choral singing to higher a level. We are also aiming at focusing more on choral projects and concerts than competitions so that our singers enjoy singing and get compensated for engaging in the Choir. Choir members are taught Theory and History of music for free.

En la actualidad sus componentes vienen desde distintos centros escolares, institutos y facultades. En sus ya 18 años de historia la EMA ha participado en multitud de concursos, encuentros y congresos con coros de todo el mundo y ha sido invitada a colaborar en galas y proyectos benéficos. Tuvieron especial relevancia los encuentros nacionales en Guadix (Granada), Toledo, Oviedo y Murcia, así como los congresos internacionales en Granada, Estocolmo, Roma y París. En julio de 2012 realizó una intensa gira de siete conciertos en la región de Aveyron (Francia), en abril de 2013 fue invitada al I Festival Internacional de Coros en Casablanca (Marruecos) y en 2014 al Festival Internacional de Canto Coral en Tánger.
