We sing in the a cappella style from a diverse repertoire of easily accessible music. We provide learning tracks for all our songs so you don’t need to able to read music to sing with Voice Weavers. Voice Weavers has open rehearsals on Thursday nights from 6:30pm QLD time at Tweed Heads Civic and Cultural Centre, cnr Wharf and Brett Sts Tweed Heads. We have regular concert and performed at Windsor Castle, Windsor Theatre and Cliveden House. Our social life is very active and we have even gone to Turkey and Spain for singing holidays. All choir sessions aim to be uplifting and fun so everybody leaves with a smile on their face:)

Bray Choral Society is a successful choir performing a wide range of choral works including major works by Handel, Haydn, Mozart, Beethoven, Vivaldi, Mendelssohn and Rossini, along with short concerts and recitals including Byrd, Bach, Elgar, Stanford an...  moreBray Choral Society is a successful choir performing a wide range of choral works including major works by Handel, Haydn, Mozart, Beethoven, Vivaldi, Mendelssohn and Rossini, along with short concerts and recitals including Byrd, Bach, Elgar, Stanford and also works by composers of the 20th and 21st centurys such as Orff, Rutter, Bodley, De Barra, Jenkins, Goodall, Whitacre, Gjeilo and Blackford. We have taken part in many choral competitions around Ireland with Success in New Ross, Arklow, Navan, Sligo and Cork. In 2013 we joined Wide Open Music in a performance of Beethoven's 9th Symphony, which was received with great enthusiasm. In the same year we also joined Opera Theatre Company for two performances in their tour to promote young Irish soloists. In recognition of the millennium year and augmented by local choirs from around the country, we performed the Verdi Requiem to great acclaim in both Bray and Arklow.
