Newly formed in 2022, the group is currently comprised of a mixed Choir, a men's Choir, and a women's Choir. The mixed Choir meets at the Manchester Rugby Club, and the men's and women's Choirs meet at the Wilmslow Rugby Club. The repertoire consists of a little bit of everything - madrigals, movies, musicals, spirituals, shanties, serious songs, silly songs - everything. All singers are welcome, and there is no audition required. We sing as a team, one step at a time.  less

Y así, creando armonías, una treintena de voces femeninas nos unimos para poder hacer realidad aquello que más queremos, música. Con orígenes musicales distintos, como son el Coro de la Politécnica y el Coro de Jóvenes de la Comunidad de Madrid, buscamos cobijo bajo la rigurosa y expresiva mano de nuestro maestro, José de Felipe, que siempre nos ha guiado ya fuese desde nuestro nacimiento o desarrollo musical. The Choir was started back in January 2007 by Founder Grenville Jones. Grenville stepped down at the end of 2022 as conductor and his son, Laurie Jones, has taken on the leadership role as Musical Director. The ‘Boys from Bath’ are a 60 voice auditioned Choir who have entertained audiences across the UK and toured Europe and the world performing in some of the most prestigious concert venues. In 2008 the Choir achieved national acclaim when they reached the finals of a Saturday evening BBC television Choir competition ‘Last Choir Standing’. The Choir sing a wide range of music from traditional, pop, gospel, musicals and secular music. Also winning ...  moreIn the World Choir Championships which was held in Graz, Austria between 10th-17th July 2011, Boğaziçi Jazz Choir became the 'WORLD CHAMPION' in Contemporary Music and Folklore categories, and got the 'second prize' in Mixed Choirs category. Also winning 2 more gold medals in 'Grand Prix of Choral Music' the champions competed in, the Choir has come back to Turkey with a total of 5 gold medals. We a...  moreShades of Harmony is a Women's A Cappella chorus based in Williamstown, NJ. We are also a member chorus of Sweet Adelines International. We enjoy sharing our love of singing in 4 part harmony with performances throughout the southern New Jersey area. We also attend and compete in the Sweet Adelines Region 19 convention annually. We welcome women of all ages (teens to seniors) and all vocal ranges to attend a rehearsal and find out what we're all about.
