The ...  moreThe Harrow Apollo Male Choir was formed in 1941 in a North London aircraft factory and today its 50 dedicated members continue the tradition of singing for enjoyment, for well-being, and to raise funds for charity. New members are always welcome! The Choir regularly performs at weddings, corporate events and massed male voice choir events, enthralling audiences up and down the country, having also performed in Jersey, Ireland, Belgium, Germany and the USA. Choristers hail from all over North London and have raised substantial funds for national and local charities including the Paul Strickland Scanner Appeal, The Stroke Association, the RAF Benevolent Fund and Bentley Priory Museum. MUSYCA's performance at the 2014 Neckelodeon Kids Choice Awards has been seen in more than 375 million households worldwide, in more than 25 languages. Season's highlights include community concerts, domestic and international performance tours, collaborations with artists and arts organizations, and recording. MUSYCA singers collaborated with composers Alan Silvestri and Glen Ballard, recording artists DJ Mustard, Alexander Palmer, Sia Furler and Luke Christopher. We are a mixed choir, putting on 3 concerts per year; a Spring concert with a wide and varied mixture of music, an orchestral concert in the Autumn, and a charity Christmas concert. We can also be seen throughout the year taking part in various community events; singing at the local Christmas grotto, taking part in flash mobs and singing at weddings and funerals.  less

We perform at annual shows, community events and competitions, and several members are also in quartets. TuneTown Show Chorus puts a contemporary spin on traditional barbershop singing and has won four Sweet Adelines regional chorus competitions to go on to represent a multi-state region in international contests.
