Each movements of the mass represents one island from indonesia. Gloria represents West Papua island, with traditional yelling and voice imitation of the traditional nose-flute.  

This setting of the Communion Service uses mainly the Mixolydian and Dorian modes (with short excursions into Lydian and Aeolian and occasionally jazzy modes). It is performed by the composer - multitracking.
