While in #choir-antine, LSYC singers wanted to Give back to our community we love so much. LSYC performs Eric Barnum's "I Sing of the Northland," a piece commissioned by LSYC in 2016.

We rehearse, in excellent facilities provided by Hutchesons' Grammar School, on Monday evenings, Aug - Nov and Jan - Mar; we Give two concerts, in Nov and Mar, in an on-site auditorium, with 3-manual digital organ. The auditorium can accommodate 60 singers, up to 30 orchestral players and an audience of around 250 (300 max).

We hope that this promo clip will Give viewers and fans of our music a chance to see Rendezvous in action, and what we have to offer as a professional recording, competing and performing quartet. Rendezvous was formed in 2008 by music majors studying jazz at Humber College in Toronto. Since then, their barbershop/a cappella jazz music has taken them all over the world to perform and compete. They are active members of the barbershop community, especially with heavy involvement in the online community of barbershoppers and multitrackers. Most important of all, they are just 4 young guys who love to sing and have fun, and share music with anyone who will take a moment to listen. We aim to Give two or three concerts each year, plus a Christmas concert of music and readings. We are based in the village of Rolleston-on-Dove near Burton-upon-Trent, and draw our members – numbering around 50 at present - from a wide area of East Staffordshire and South Derbyshire.
