We often appear as featured guest artists with Elmhurst Symphony And in local appearances. Our outstAnding volunteer singers come from throughout the Chicago area for a unique musical experience. Since forming in November of 2010, The Marion Consort have performed in Chicago, Milwaukee, And Arlington Heights. This past August, they had the privilege of performing at the Chicago Cultural Center as part of the Classical Music Mondays series. Their mission is to present performances for various audiences with music by well known composers, while also exploring the works of lesser known composers. Their sound combines rock, acapella, electronic, ambient And chant influences. Paradisum was created by Richard Childress, a Chicago-born professional singer, arranger And manager who brought together five talented And versatile young singers to record a few demo tracks. This attracted some attention from a veteran A & R professional, resulting in Paradisum being invited to perform in a private showcase in London before execs from Universal And Sony/BMG Records. The bAnd is now in a new exciting collaboration with the brilliant tv And film composer Philip Sheppard. New covers And original sings will be out on Soundcloud And iTunes early in 2012.  less
