Peter De Waele In de lente van 1998 start Andantino als kerkkoor onder de bezielende leiding van Peter De Waele. het koor wordt een vaste muzikale waarde op liturgische hoogdagen in de Vilvoordse hoofdkerk. Tijdens de wekelijkse repetities wordt er tegelijkertijd gewerkt aan een profaan repertoire waarmee het koor tijdens diverse optredens verrassend uitpakt. Ondermeer ook op Middelburg vol-koren edities 2010 en 2011 en 2012 en Aarschot Volkoren 2011. Kijk en geniet van de zachte mix van traditie, nostalgie en ritme met hier en daar een knipoog!  less

Currently in residence at the Church of St. Ignatius of Antioch on Manhattan's Upper West Side, the Chorus performs an eclectic range of music, from a cappella compositions to works for chorus and orchestra, from countries around the world. Our diverse repertoire spans the 14th to the 21st centuries, including recent performances of the Brahms Requiem, Mendelssohn's Elijah, Bach's Magnificat and Christmas Oratorio, as well as new commissions by Kristin Kuster, Elliot Levine, and Jonathan David. PHillip Cheah joined the Chorus as its Music Director in 2010.  less

The heart of Dozan wa Awtar Music Establishment is singing and community building. Major activities revolve around three groups: Dozan wa Awtar Singers, Dozan and Atfal Dozan. Dozan wa Awtar Singers is an innovative large community Choir ranging from 40-60 singers that performs three main concerts a year. Their repertoire includes a wide variety of genres including Classical, musical theater, Arabic and world music .
