Director, Pierre Massie, has composed many original pieces for the Choir, as well as creating lively and contemporary arrangements of traditional carols.
The release of their first CD Qui creavit celum, celebrated the Stairwell Carollers' 20th anniversary in 1997. In 2000 they released I Saw a Swete Semly Syght and in 2003 Mourning Dove. Their very first madrigal CD, Audite nova, was released in October of 2006 and their fourth Xmas CD Laudemus cum armonia in 2009. 2012 marked the release of their first CD of sacred songs from the Renaissance, Cantate Domino, Their fifth Xmas CD O magnum mysterium is now available for purchase.
Winner of the 2010 OMFA provincial competition, they are ranked amongst the best of Canada's Choirs.

Meistersingers was formed in Orange County, California, in 2000 as a response to a growing demand for quality choral Music performance. Created to be a chamber ensemble specializing in demanding classical choral works, Meistersingers maintains high standards in literature and chooses outstanding performance venues with beauty and elegance equal to the Music.
We are committed to continuing this path and expanding our influence in the Music community through different means such as composition competitions and scholarships. Our goal is to ensure the continued growth of the choral art. less

We are an amateur choral group based out of Richardson, Texas in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. We sing a wide variety of Music from sacred Christmas, to Broadway and show tunes in the spring.
