We have been performing Music of different styles and epoques since 1998 including a'capella classical Music, various instruments accompanimented pieces and oratory Music with orchestra. We are taking part in various competitions and festivals across Europe.  

We're a group of young professionals who specialise in early Music, but Polyphony especially. the singers are made up of Cathedral choral scholars and Oxbridge choral scholars. they're directed by Matthew Collins.

Members saw the need for a name which reflected their distinctive sound and Musical objectives. they chose Voyces – a uniting image, powerful in its simplicity, a word with a bit of a twist, reflecting the eclectic and often unusual repertoire of the Choir. In using the archaic spelling – ‘Voyces’ – the Choir acknowledges thousands of years of rich choral tradition whilst establishing itself in the 21st century choral landscape. the Choir is fast making a name for itself premiering works never before heard in Perth or in fact the world. Voyces seeks to be an interactive and involved performing group in the local WA and wider Australian Musical community. Music camps, social outings, concert tours and an annual, child-involved fundraiser are combined with weekly rehearsals and live performances to create the type of nurturing environment that enables members to mature Musically and socially. the SCCC and its Musical directors serve as mentors, coaches and friends to students in a variety of socioeconomic levels.  less
