Driven by the desire of thorough preparation of quality choral projects, the Choir works under the leadership of Slovene and foreign gueSt conductors. The Choir prepared their inaugural concert, entitled In the Beginning, in cooperation with young Finnish conductor Dani Juris The topic of creation coincided not only with the central composition of the concert, Copland’s In the Beginning, but also with the Choir’s firSt public appearance and presentation of the concept of their work. The Winelands Chamber Choir is a fledgling Chamber Choir based in the WeStern Cape Winelands DiStrict of South Africa, formed in 2010 out of our passion for choral music, ranging from classical to contemporary.
