We put on two "shows" each ...  moreThis fun-loving group of women enjoys singing together, not just for the performance factor, but also for the pure joy of singing together. We have about 25 members currently, but we are gaining new members each year. We put on two "shows" each year to raise funds that benefit the Chorus as a whole. We also perform throughout the year at various venues - retirement communities, nursing homes, churches, banquets, and other events.

The RSNO Chorus has also had great success in recording with the Orchestra. The RSNO Chorus evolved from a choir formed in 1843 to sing the first full performance of Handel's Messiah in Scotland. Today, the RSNO Chorus is one of the most successful Choruses in the UK. In recent years, the Chorus has performed practically every work in the standard choral repertoire along with contemporary works by renowned composers, including John Adams, Magnus Lindberg, Howard Shore and James MacMillan.  less

We meet at the Las Claras Centre in Los Narejos, Los Alcázares, Murcia, Spain every Thursday. If you would like to visit one of our rehearsals, we'd love to see you. Rehearsals run from 10:15am until 1:00pm. Spangles was formed in December 2004 with just five ladies. Today, the Chorus has grown to more than 40 members.
