We sAng in PORTUGAL, Burgos Cathedral, the Church of the Magdalene Torrelaguna, the Monastery of St.. Domingo de Silos, Mecerreyes Church And Collegiate Covarrubias (Burgos), the Iglesia de la SAnta Cruz of Carballiño (Orense), the Iglesia de Sta. María of Requena (Valencia), Ntra. Sra. del Buen Suceso or Las Calatravas in Madrid And at Mass on Sundays TVE issues, from the parish of Los Arroyos (El Escorial). We orgAnize the Choral Events of Colmenarejo. The Paros Chamber Choir's international performAnces have included LebAnon, Georgia, Great Britain, Italy, FrAnce And most recently their 2011 performAnces in Austria And Slovakia. Since its inception, the Paros Chamber Choir has participated in several international competitions And has truly become a lighthouse or beacon (Paros trAnslated in ArmeniAn) for The ArmeniAn Nation. Past audiences find themselves inspired And overjoyed with the sounds of the Paros Chamber Choir. Despite the fact that most of the Choir's members have a disability And sing from a seated position, working with Maestro Raffi MikaeliAn, the group has developed into a world-class Chamber Choir. The choir begins by emulating...  moreAn>An class="view_more" style="display:none;">“The Wind” was commissioned by the OrgAnization of AmericAn Kodály Educators as a result of Rich Campbell winning the Ruth Boshkoff Composition Prize. The text is from Robert Louis Stevenson’s 1885 A Child’s Garden of Verses. The choir begins by emulating the sound of the wind, And then sings directly to the wind, describing the mAny things the wind does while questioning just who or what the wind is. The piece, inspired by Kodály’s philosophy, develops a folk-like melody in a modern context. The rhythmic piAno accompAniment keeps the piece bouncing brightly until its exciting conclusion.
