Dedicated to presenting inspiring and innovative programs that engage and enrich audiences, Voices of the Commonwealth has made quite an impact on the Musical life of Northern Kentucky in two short years. The Virginia Wesleyan Singers are an open-enrollment ensemble of 30-50 singers from all majors at Virginia Wesleyan College. No audition is required, and singers perform a variety of Music in all styles while developing vocal technique and Musicianship skills.

The students in the KCKCC VJ program learn Jazz Education through a variety of methods. First of all, each of these students take private vocal jazz coachings weekly. They also perform Music by professional vocal ensembles, arrangements by well-known vocal jazz educators, and learn jazz and popular Music standards (both through the ensemble and in private coachings).  less
