We provide music for all occasions, such as private parties, corporate functions, weddings, birthdays, etc., with a varied repertoire in the style of The Manhattan Transfer, New York Voices, The Real Group, Singers Unlimited, The Swingle Singers, Take Six and others. Clearly Vocal was selected as one of seven groups to compete in the 2010 Rocky Mountain Harmony Sweepstakes in Denver, Colorado. As winners of the 2010 Contemporary A Cappella League Showcase, Clearly Vocal was a featured group at the SoJam A Cappella Festival in Durham, North Carolina, November 12 & 13, 2010.  less

Though founded and based in Whitby, our membership is made up of residents from all over Durham Region and the GTA. We truly represent and reflect the diversity of the Region in which we perform. The choir currently numbers 70 to 80 choir members ranging in age from 18 to 80.

We work all season to put together one huge year end show, staged and in a theatre. Our season goes from September until May.

Our regular season consists of at least 4 concerts featuring a variety of musical genres and styles. Because we seek to create meaningful musical experiences, we value interaction and education in our performances. A fountain wher in this case the musical joy starts to spray it's joyful notes. The Love for music and the willingness to reach a good choir sound is the starting point of this ambitious group of amateur singers. The choir members originate from different kind of choral background (close harmony, church choir and oratorium choir). Endora consists of 8 sopranos, 8 altos, 5 tenors and 5 basses.

Student membership includes students from all disciplines that Love to sing and enjoy camaraderie through great music. It is intended to provide a foundation in area of vocal technique while achieving a high standard of excellence in repertoire selected from all periods and musical styles. This ensemble is offered every fall and spring semester.
