Music from every music epoch will be performed from serious to more pop/contemporary a cappella forms. This Ensemble is offered every fall and spring semester, and satisfies The fine arts requirement when enrolled for a minimum of three semesters.

We are dedicated to quality performances, music education, and community service. As The resident choral Ensemble of The Sandler Center for The Performing Arts, we perform a varied repertoire from classics to Broadway and rock to Jazz in two main concerts, one during The Christmas season and one in The spring, with additional benefit and collaborative performances throughout The year. Scheduled auditions for new members are held in August and January of each year. Also winning ...  moreIn The World Choir Championships which was held in Graz, Austria between 10th-17th July 2011, Boğaziçi Jazz Choir became The 'WORLD CHAMPION' in Contemporary Music and Folklore categories, and got The 'second prize' in Mixed Choirs category. Also winning 2 more gold medals in 'Grand Prix of Choral Music' The champions competed in, The choir has come back to Turkey with a total of 5 gold medals.
