As the premiere chorale ensemble at OSU, the OSU Chamber Choir, under the direction of Dr. Steven Zielke, has garnered national attention and international awards. While touring Eastern Europe in 2001, the choir received the Grand Prize at the Festival of Light in Bulgaria, and in April 2006, the Chamber Choir was selected as the only Collegiate mixed choir from outside of the state of Utah to perform at the 60th Music Educators National Biennial Conference in Salt Lake City.
The choir has performed in many exciting venues, including a performance of Beethoven's Ninth Symphony in Smetana Hall in Prague and at Strathov Monastery in Prague Castle, the first choir allowed to perform in the monastery in decades. Members of the Mundus Cantat Choir are Singers with experience in other choirs in the Tricity area as well as students of the Tricity schools and universities.
The repertoire of Mundus Cantat, a mixed chamber choir, includes various kinds of music – old melodies, modern songs as well as sacral music and popular music. Its members have participated in many major music events, such as oratorio performances dedicated to Pope John Paul II or a concert directed by Enio Morricone during the Solidarity Festival.
Joy at making music together is the basis of the choir's existence.

Their philanthropic mission of Nashville Singers is to provide funding and support for music education in our schools and the community.
The Singers are all volunteers, range in age from teenagers to retirees and travel from five different counties throughout Middle Tennessee to be a part of the chorus.
