New technologies, absolutely new repertoire. You're welcome! We waited for a long time when we would meet again at the Halls of the Gdańsk University of Technology and sing together. Although maintaining the required distance and security measures, we managed to meet for a few rehearsals, which we decided to end with a Concert :) Due to the current situation, this time we are not meeting you personally, dear audience. So we invite you to an online Concert, which we broadcast live from the Aula of the Main Building of the Gdańsk University of Technology straight to your homes! Additionally, to make it even easier to feel at the Concert, the broadcast is 360°! Repertoire: 00:37 - Laudate Dominum (Marek Raczyński) 04:01 - Peace, I leave with you (Knut Nystedt) 06:23 - Plegaria (Javier Busto) 09:57 - O Salutaris Hostia (Vytautas Miškinis) 14:10 - Wjun nad Wodoj (Irina Denisowa) 19:21 - Ederlezi (arr. Cantate is a mixed-voice youth Choir based in Bishop’s Stortford, Hertfordshire. It is open to all young singers, whatever their background and musical upbringing. Cantate comprises three Choirs for children and young people which all perform to an exceptionally high standard. Cantate performed at the Royal Albert Hall, both in the BBC and Schools Prom Concerts, the Royal Festival Hall, the Barbican, the GuildHall London, 10 Downing Street, St Paul’s Cathedral, the Basilica of St Francis in Assisi, St Mark’s Basilica in Venice, and in many local and regional venues. Cantate has gained many national and international awards. In 2008 we achieved international acclaim at the world’s largest choral event – the World Choir Games in Graz, Austria – in which over 430 Choirs from some 90 countries competed. Cantate won gold and silver medals, and was the only UK Choir to win a gold medal in the finals.  less
