Celebrating world music and arts Promoting multi-cultural awareness Supporting Children's health and education projects in The Gambia, West Africa As well as hosting an annual World Musicand Arts Festival and the Choir we also run a weekly West African Drumming workshop. Both groups enjoy performing at our own and other local community events and festivals.

Although their trajectory is short they...  moreTantak Korala is a child-youth group from Mungia, which performs choral activities in addition to his musical training. The Choir is composed by children between 7 to 18, all directed by their conductor, Asun Lopez. Although their trajectory is short they have much encouragement to learn and improve. In 2009, they federated in the Bizkaia´s Choir Federation (BAE) and so they did their first performance in public. Since then, they have decided to continue participing everywhere they can, because it enriches them in their musical konwledge. In 2010 they won the second prize in the National Contest of Carols of Santo Domingo de la Calzada. In 2012 they took part in Europa Cantat Festival, celebrated in Torino (Italy).  less

We are currently around 50 ambitious amateur singers between 18 and 50 that share their love for Choir music. ...  moreModern Acapella, Rock, Pop, Jazz, Gospel - with or without band - whatever and whenever we sing, we rock the stage with passion and enthusiasm! We are currently around 50 ambitious amateur singers between 18 and 50 that share their love for Choir music. Our biggest success was winning the German National Choir Competition in 2010 in the category Jazz vocal et cetera - a capella.

The Devonshires’ defense took place in a violent thunderstorm, when rain and hail fell in sheets to impede visibility. The line ‘Fetter and Faint for England’s neck, Faggot and Father, Saint and chain’ graphically talks about what would have happened if the faggot (a bundle of sticks) had burned the English because the Spanish thought of them as heretics.
