Founded in 2008, BF has been entertaining Abu Dhabi audiences ever since! Our multicultural members have musical skills ranging from professional to semi professional levels. We learn our parts with precision, thus allowing us to put aside our sheet music and really enjoy the magic of hearing all the harmonies merged for a fine tuned a cappella sound! A cappella is a Vocal tradition as old as music itself, has held a prominent place in many musical genres. Blue Fever focuses on jazz and contemporary pop. Derived from the Italian phrase "in the manner of the chapel," a cappella refers to Vocal music performed without any instrumental accompaniment. This definition seems simple at first, but a cappella is a complex art form that demands precise intonation, exceptional Vocal blending, and often, a high degree of innovation. The Choir Vox Canora sung with the Orchestra of the "Fondazione Arturo Toscanini", with M° Ennio Morricone for his concert in Parma, with M° Helmut Imig for the soundtrack of the film "Fratello Sole" by Luigi Mancinelli.
