Mariane Patenaude, piano Les Chantres Musiciens is a male voice choir formed of young men between 17 and 29, all steaming from the famous Les Petits Chanteurs du Mont-Royal. It was founded in 1992 by Gilbert Patenaude.

In October 2012, the choir was awarded the prestigious title of Choir of the Year 2012, after an extensive UK-wide search and a competitive Grand Final held at London's Royal Festival Hall. The ensemble was established in 2007 by present musical director Andrew Nunn and performs regularly across Scotland and beyond, having given concerts in renowned venues such as Glasgow Cathedral, the SECC, Dunkeld Cathedral, Paisley Abbey, the Mackintosh Church, the Queen's Hall, the Glasgow Royal Concert Hall and London’s Cadogan Hall. The choir has also performed in more obscure locations, having “sung on the subway” as part of the Strathclyde Partnership for Transport (SPT) promotion of the Glasgow underground. Au fil des années, la chorale a gagné en maturité artistique et Les choristes qui rejoignaient Les différents pupitres portaient désormais à leur actif ...  moreLa Chorale CasaSawt, de son premier nom « Chœur des Jeunes de Casablanca » est née en septembre 2006. Au fil des années, la chorale a gagné en maturité artistique et Les choristes qui rejoignaient Les différents pupitres portaient désormais à leur actif des aptitudes vocaLes, musicaLes et humaines. Le répertoire chanté a également évolué vers des chants plus sophistiqués avec des polyphonies et des arrangements plus complexes mais qui gardent élégance et légèreté. Accompagnant cette évolution humaine et artistique marquant sa migration d’un chœur de jeunes à un chœur d’adultes, le Chœur des Jeunes de Casablanca a dû changer de dénomination et a adopté un nom autant fidèle à son identité qu’à sa nouvelle structure. Dès lors, le chœur des Jeunes de Casablanca devient « Chorale CASASAWT ». Répétitions Les répétitions ont lieu le mercredi soir de 20.00 à 22.00, rue Nerié, Alzonne Nouveaux Membres Les nouveaux membres sont toujours bienvenus. Alzonne Choir is a group of about 25 singers, mainly French, with some English-speaking members too. Rehearsals Rehearsals take place Wednesday evenings from 20.00 to 22.00 at rue Nerié, Alzonne.
