Ranpono has begun! Laborers, let’s put our hands together, Let’s join together, The work has begun! Little by little, the bird makes its nest. Founded in 1989 by Mr. Albert Morland to provide an opportunity for ex-members of the Wonderboom High School Choir to continue singing together after matriculating, it has since evolved to include members from a broader community that come from various backgrounds and professions (including law, accounting, nursing, teaching and IT) and are between 18 and 65 years of age. The Choir has toured and performed across South Africa during the past 30 years and has an established reputation as a warm, friendly and “no-fuss” group with good choral sound who are just as comfortable performing at nursing homes and other charitable events as they are performing alongside the best Choirs in the world on International stages, for instance, at the 10th World Choir Games in 2018, where they took home a silver medal (79.5%) in the champion’s category for mixed adult Choirs. Most of ex-semble's members come from the Süwestpfälzer Kinderchor. Starting in the children's Choir with voice training and also personal formation, ex-semble works mainly with a-cappella literature of all epoches. All the children are free, Teachers are gone, In all corners of the country, school is out! All the pilgrims are ready; it's the frivolous party season! The feast has begun, everywhere it's part time! Many have arrived at Lakou Migonga. Chickens, turkeys and ducks Are carousing in the yard. Fathers, grandfathers, brothers and sisters are gathered, Neighbors and friends, we all make one family. These are all customs in the country of Haiti. Artocarpus incisa, Millet, Sugarcanes are flourishing. Mangos and Avocados are falling all day long. The night before, it's wood burning, The next day, it's the ten a.m. Mass.
