The piece builds to climax at "For Thine is the Power and Glory forever!" and ends reflectively, savoring the "Amen". THE COMPOSER: Composer Vijay Singh is Professor in the music department at Central Washington University. This video is from a concert presented on the CWU Campus.in May, 2014 entitled: “The CWU Choirs and Friends sing songs of Singh” In that concert, 28 of Singh’s pieces were performed by 6 Choirs, including two invited guest high school Choirs. Come and join us on Tuesday evenings at the Univ...  moreChichester's All Ladies Choir is ready to welcome you to a fun, friendly time, singing contemporary music in harmony. With styles ranging from pop to gospel, we're sure there's something to suit your taste. Come and join us on Tuesday evenings at the University of Chichester, where we rehearse. We aim to give two/three concerts a year – we hope you can be in the next one! We are a group of ladies with ages ranging from early 20s to 50s. We usually run around the school holidays as we have a few mums but can run in the holidays as well if enough people are available. We charge per half term which works out at £5.50 a week when you commit to the whole half term. Please contact us if you would like to come so we can let you know which room we will be in.  less
