The members, who sing in some of the best choirs in the country, decided they want more musical freedom and creativity, wilder beats and louder sound of their own voices. Jazzva's repertoire consists of many different genres, pop, rock, classical music, jazz, arrangements of folk songs and many more. As experienced choir singers, they are used to singing with as well as without electronic amplification. They also try to incorporate some choreography to their own music, thus making it even more interesting and fun. At the moment, Jazzva is officially the best a-cappella group in Slovenia. In 2010, 2011 and 2012 Jazzva won at Sredi zvezd, the Slovenian national pop-jazz a-cappella competition three consecutive times. They also got a prize for the best vocal arrangement of the competition all three times (the last two years the arrangements were made by the group's artistic director Jasna Žitnik). We are available to sing at events, conferences, seasonal and any other times. We...  moreWe are a made up of individuals in recovery from addiction, parents & carers and friends of recovery. We raise the profile of recovery and reduce stigma through singing. We are available to sing at events, conferences, seasonal and any other times. We average 18 members and meet weekly.

With about 150 singers, an organization team of 12 permanent members, a professional engineering and logistics crew, a band consisting of professional musicians and a passionate director Gospelnight Dresden fulfills all requirements to offer visitors of worship a memorable evening in meeting with the joy of the Gospel. We rehearse every Tuesday from 19:00 til 21:00 in the Atelier Marcel Hastir, rue du Commerce 51, 1000 Brussels. We usually do two concerts per year and like to socialize as well. Please feel free to join us and give it a try.
