Two years after its founding, it was awarded 1st Prize at the 29th National Music Competition for Young Artists (NAMCYA) held at the Cultural Center of the Philippines. the group performed in various events such as Miss Earth Pageant in 2003 and 2004. the group was also one of the featured artists in the Samu’t-Saring Tinig V at the Cultural Center of the Philippines; in a concert at the Clamshell in Intramuros in February 2003; and in the International Youth Music Festival sponsored by NAMCYA held at the CCP in December 2003. In 2004, the Choir released its debut CD featuring Ilocano favourites and winning competition pieces. In 2005, the Choir was handed over to its new conductor, Sherberk Cabrales. We put on two "shows" each ...  moreThis fun-loving group of women enJoys singing together, not just for the performance factor, but also for the pure Joy of singing together. We have about 25 members currently, but we are gaining new members each year. We put on two "shows" each year to raise funds that benefit the chorus as a whole. We also perform throughout the year at various venues - retirement communities, nursing homes, churches, banquets, and other events.
