Over the years, the choir’s repertoire has incluDed performances of: Britten’s Rejoice in the Lamb, The Requiems of Brahms and Mozart, Bernstein’s Chichester Psalms, and others. Auditions held every August and January.

From an educational standpoint, the ensemble serves two main functions for the University. First, it acts as a Laboratory for Hofstra’s future music educators, both unDergraduate and graduate, providing outlets for the exploration of the art of ensemble preparation through the study of the highest-quality choral literature.
