The poem has a clear structure (verse – chorus), and the vocal parts are kept straightforward. The striking piece contains some Jazzy chords and humorously unexpected twists. This work won the first prize in the 2013 Composition Competition of the European Choral Association in the frame of the festival Youth Choirs in Movement.

Under the tutelage of the current Philippine Madrigal Singers member, Jet Torres, the group has won in local choral competitions and has been participating in various choral festivals. Each year, the group also holds fund-raising concert activities to support its annual outreach programs.

Herter, with assistance from Ryszard Gieros and Alfred Stefankiewicz. Almost from the very beginning, it has been afliated with St. John’s Archcathedral in Warsaw, initially as a boys’ Choir. It has performed with many Polish and foreign symphony orchestras. Foreign tours have taken the Choir to over twenty countries. It has won numerous awards at international choral competitions, including those in Lecco, Italy (1997), Moscow (2000), Prague (2002, 2003, 2004, 2017), Międzyzdroje, Poland (2004), Warsaw (2013, 2015, 2016), Grójec, Kraków and Łomża (2017). It has also taken part in several television and theatre productions. Cantores Minores is a co-founder of the Polish Section of the International Federation of Pueri Cantores. Die aktuel...  more(Only in German language) Der „SonntagsChor Rheinland-Pfalz“ entstand im November 2010, als „SWR SonntagsChor“, aus einer landesweiten Chorinitiative vom Südwestrundfunk Rheinland-Pfalz und den Landes-Chorverbänden Rheinland-Pfalz und Pfalz. Die aktuell mehr als 50 chorerfahrenen Amateursängerinnen und -sänger vom „SonntagsChor Rheinland-Pfalz“ wurden seinerzeit aus über 600 Bewerbern, in mehreren Durchläufen, nach festgelegten Kriterien ausgewählt. Musikalisch begleitete der „SonntagsChor Rheinland-Pfalz“ bereits Johannes Kalpers bei der TV-Sendung „SWR SonntagsTour“ sowie - bis heute - zahlreiche weitere Rundfunk- und TV-Produktionen des SWR, u.a. zusammen mit Thomas Anders.
