The choir was established in 1996 (originally in The Lehava High School for Girls) by singer/choral conductor Nomi Teplow with The goal of bringing togeTher girls with musical ability to work on a highly professional level and produce a wide variety of vocal music. The choir is comprised of 25-30 girls from areas throughout Samaria ranging in age from 13-18 years. The Shir-El choir performs in concerts and at vocal conventions across The country bringing fine singing, rich harmonies and words of hope, faith and love of Israel to a broad range of audiences. Well, as The day progressed to afternoon, oTher tunes got added, resulting in ...  One';">moreOne;">It all began with The idea One morning that The "oTher tune" for Nahum Tate's carol "While shepherds watched" is, of course, The Yorkshire ditty "On Ilkley moor bar t'hat". Well, as The day progressed to afternoon, oTher tunes got added, resulting in a curious potpourri for choir and piano. The choir gets to sing "On Ilkla Moor", The Este psalter tune known to all, and also Auld Lang Syne. The second voice, in its madrigalian way, gets a sly English cadence!. Meanwhile, The piano also gets some sly references to "Sing a song of sixpence" and "Scotland The brave". Along side intensive voice training, drama instruction, Theory and ...  One';">moreOne;">The Grande Prairie Boys’ choir is celebrating its seventeenth season, providing audiences at home and away with The gift of song from The hearts of 135 boys between The ages of 7 and 20. Along side intensive voice training, drama instruction, Theory and sight reading in several smaller ensembles for several age categories, The choir produces 6 sold out concerts per year. Their most recent ambitions include producing a Symphony and Singing in The City concert with professional orchestral musicians mentoring local professional and semiprofessional performers from Grande Prairie. The Senior and Men of Note choirs have travelled Nationally to BC, and ON and internationally to Phoenix, Arizona. In 2014, They entered and won second place in The Canadian National Music Festival and in 2016 were chosen out of 45 choirs to perform at The National Choral Conference in Edmonton where They premiered a choral piece Magnificat Anima Mea to huge acceptance. They act as ambassadors for The Community School of Music and Arts to reach The broader community through performance and share Their love of music.

However, he managed to leave a lot of song harmonizations and a significant Mass, which is sung by The choir in The Aghias Triados church of Thessaloniki. From 1969 till now, The choir continues its work successfully having as its director his elder broTher Vassilis Papakonstantinou, with whom it has given many concerts in more than fifty cities in Greece and aboard, as well. It has visited Italy, Germany, Austria, Switzerlandn, Hungary, Czech, Bulgaria, France etc. It has won first prices and gold metals in choir competitions. One of The most important parts of Aghias Triados Children's choir's history is its participation with European Union Youth Orchestra and Vienna's Youth choir, to The performance (AThens, 1985) of The third Symphony of Leonard Bernstein under The direction of The composer.  One';">less
