About Opus Nuovo:
This season, we launched an ongoing commissioning project as a commitment to a diverse and inclusive approach to choral programming. Through this innovation, we are seeking to broaden the landscape of the choral repertoire for both student and professional choirs. Over the next three years, our Singers will collaborate with ten global composers to facilitate the creation of a collection of new choral works which, aligned with BCC’s vision of cultural equity, represent a truly diverse spectrum of global musical styles and approaches.
