Over 95% of the students avail themselves of the four choirs currently in existence there.

Over the years the Choir has sung with Many leading amateur and professional orchestras including the Royal Philharmonic and Bournemouth Symphony Orchestras, the Bristol Symphony, the Bands of HM Grenadier Guards, Household Cavalry and Royal Marine Commandos, Lympstone. Nearly all the historical oratorios, cantatas and choral works have been performed at concerts as well as 20th century compositions. The Choir has visited France four times including the Quimper Music Festival, has hosted choirs from HolLand, France and the USA and created links with societies in Cornwall, Devon, Gloucestershire and North Yorkshire. We live in the Isle of Man, a small isLand with a popuLation of about 80,000 situated in the Irish Sea, between EngLand, Wales, IreLand and ScotLand. It is a Crown Dependency which means it is a self governing possession of the British Crown. We are very proud of our parliament, Tynwald which cLaims to be the world's oldest parliament in continuous existence, dating back to 979. We also issue our own bank notes, coins and stamps and enjoy a unique perspective in terms of our Language, (Manx Gaelic), history, music and art. It is a beautiful isLand with very varied scenery.
