A key feature of the choir's profile is its wide repertoire and creative concert formats. The choir's classical repertoire ranges from Monteverdi to Schnittke, its popular repertoire from folk tunes to pop/rock a cappella. Vox Humana has released two CDs and an award-winning music video.

Its vision is to become the country's pr...  moreKORO ILUSTRADO, a Makati City-based all-male choral ensemble, was formed in October 2007 by a group of choral enthusiasts. It commits to significantly contribute to the nurturance of the country’s choral tradition. Its vision is to become the country's premiere all-male chorale, exemplifying the best of the Filipino: excellence, discipline and a flair for entertainment. Inspired by the global spirit and nationalistic dedication of the great ilustrado men during Spanish colonial times, the choir is slowly building a repertoire that includes the best of local and global all-male choral music. A member of the Madz et al network of choirs, it is composed of men who had extensive choral Singing backgrounds through their college, church and community/parish choir experiences. We offer a complete repertoire for Christmas carol concerts and we are also available and pleased to help raise money for charity.
