We do a wide variety of music from Renaissance to contemporary and from a cappella to works with chamber orchestra. We are a fun loving, very friendly group. However, our music comes first and hard work is required of all. An audition is required. Our Music Director is William R. Thomas.

Founded in 2008 under the direction of Matthew Larkin, the Choir is formed of professional choral scholars from the Toronto area. The Larkin Singers has had successful tours to Bristol, UK as resident Choir at Bristol Cathedral and to New York City. They have also presented concerts in Ottawa, London and Kingston. In 2008, The Larkin Singers released its first recording, "A New Work is Come on Hand" featuring music of the Christmas season by Bach, R.V. Williams, Howells, Ord and others. Now in its fourth season, The Larkin Singers presents a 3 concert subscription series; outreach and collaborative performances throughout Ontario. Newly formed in 2022, the group is currently comprised of a mixed Choir, a men's Choir, and a women's Choir. The mixed Choir meets at the Manchester Rugby Club, and the men's and women's Choirs meet at the Wilmslow Rugby Club. The repertoire consists of a little bit of everything - madrigals, movies, musicals, spirituals, shanties, serious songs, silly songs - everything. All Singers are welcome, and there is no audition required. We sing as a team, one step at a time.  less
