We think everyone can sing and complete beginners, shower singers and pros are all welcome. With no auditions and no requirements to read MUSIC it’s all about the enjoyment of singing. We sing for 3 terms a year and each term ends with a fantastic end of term charity gig, it’s great to be able to give back to the local community whilst enjoying ourselves so much! We sing everything from Queen and Aretha Franklin to Hozier and Florence and the Machine, and have members ranging in age from 20-70, there is really something for everyone! This is our choir's 10th year and we're always looking for new members, so if you fancy a sing please get in touch. We offer 1 free taster to each new member so you can try the choir out before deciding to join. Our program has grown to 3 vocal jazz ensembles. The MUSIC we perform represents a crossover of the jazz and popular MUSIC idioms. The students in the KCKCC VJ program learn Jazz Education through a variety of methods. First of all, each of these students take private vocal jazz coachings weekly. They also perform MUSIC by professional vocal ensembles, arrangements by well-known vocal jazz educators, and learn jazz and popular MUSIC standards (both through the ensemble and in private coachings).  less
