Within the choir there are acting two ensembles: children’s choir «Brevis» (Vocalists from 13 to 18 years of age) and a Vocal ensemble «Brevis» (girls choir - Vocalist from 18 to 30 years of age). All of the Vocalists started their «internship in singing» with well-known children’s choir of Osijek, i.e. «Osječki zumbići» (Tiny mosquitoes of Osijek). Up-to-now, the choir had a series of successful performances throughout the territory of Croatia - in Osijek, Zagreb, Split, Varaždin, Šibenik and also abroad - in Orašje (Bosnia & Herzegovina), Budapest, Pecs (Hungary), Athens (Greece), Salzburg, Graz, Klagenfurt, Villach, Wienna (Austria), Pforzheim, Munich, Düseldorf, Speyer, Sindelfingen, Mosbach (Germany), Helsingborg (Sweden),Xiamen (China), USA (New York), Canada, (Montreal, Toronto), Bulgaria (Varna), Poland (Poznan). Many of our singers are School music teachers and voice teachers. We perform a wide variety of music from classical and broadway to pop and Vocal jazz. The choir was founded in 2011 by friends who have spent their lives teaching others to perform, but whom rarely get the chance to sing anymore. We are directed by Jason Krigas and accompanied by Kathryn Polyack.

The ensemble has a fascinating and diverse repertoire, most of which is original arrangements written by its members, some with humorous texts. The different programs also consist of traditional a-cappella arrangements. Among our different programs there are "Misa Criolla" with an authentic South American band; "Le Bouquet de Swing", rich harmonies and jumpy rhythms, well known jazz standards and new arrangements to pop songs; "American Harmony", in which the Israel Chamber Orchestra joins the octet in an American themed program; and our new program, Sgt. Pepper and the Fabulous Four.
