Within the Choir there are acting two ensembles: children’s Choir «Brevis» (Vocalists from 13 to 18 years of age) and a Vocal ensemble «Brevis» (girls Choir - Vocalist from 18 to 30 years of age). All of the Vocalists started their «internship in singing» with well-known children’s Choir of Osijek, i.e. «Osječki zumbići» (Tiny mosquitoes of Osijek). Up-to-now, the Choir had a series of successful performances throughout the territory of Croatia - in Osijek, Zagreb, Split, Varaždin, Šibenik and also abroad - in Orašje (Bosnia & Herzegovina), Budapest, Pecs (Hungary), Athens (Greece), Salzburg, Graz, Klagenfurt, Villach, Wienna (Austria), Pforzheim, Munich, Düseldorf, Speyer, Sindelfingen, Mosbach (Germany), Helsingborg (Sweden),Xiamen (China), USA (New York), Canada, (Montreal, Toronto), Bulgaria (Varna), Poland (Poznan). We're a group of about 20 men & women, and sing in 3 or 4 (or more) part harmony. Quorum love to raise money for local causes - covering all sorts of charities, in all sorts of venues. Quorum Singers of St Albans has been singing for over 25 years, and perform around 3 times a year in St Albans or locally in Hertfordshire. We rehearse once a week on Wednesdays, throughout the term time, and can often be found performing in Christopher Place around Christmas time!  less

We preform choral Music, ethnic Music and modern songs emphasis on Slovenian authors. We preform a lot across Slovenia on solo tours or we prefrom on different cultural events. For four years in a row, we organize Festival oktetov Kranj (Festival of small Vocal groups). We also preformed successfully abroad in Perast, Montenegro and Praga.

The choral programme starts with a general education for ages 5-7, before they are ready for Junior Choir (7-10), Intermediate Choir (10-13), Stage Choir or Youth Choir (13-18). Youth Choir contains over 80 singers, and the total number of singers meeting each week at the academy is over 180. The junior Choirs are directed by Mrs Kate Venvell, Stage Choir is directed by Richard Halton and Julie Gossage, and Youth Choir is directed by Tim Venvell.  less
