The ECU Singers is the large choral ensemble of East Central University. The group consists of around 90-100 singers. The group is non-auditioned and consists of music majors as well as students from various academic areas. The Singers usually perfrom ...  moreThe ECU Singers is the large choral ensemble of East Central University. The group consists of around 90-100 singers. The group is non-auditioned and consists of music majors as well as students from various academic areas. The Singers usually perfrom at least one major work per year. The chorus is under the direction of Dr. J. Steven Walker.  

This 12-member performs vocal jazz, madrigals, and pop a cappella, etc., and is available for smaller venues around campus and the immediate Fayetteville area. An additional scholarship is offered to people who are successfully placed in the group.
