Director, Pierre Massie, has composed many original pieces for The choir, as well as creating lively and contemporary arrangements of traditional carols. The release of Their first CD Qui creavit celum, celebrated The Stairwell Carollers' 20th anniversary in 1997. In 2000 They released I Saw a Swete Semly Syght and in 2003 Mourning Dove. Their very first madrigal CD, Audite nova, was released in October of 2006 and Their fourth Xmas CD laudemus cum armonia in 2009. 2012 marked The release of Their first CD of sacred songs from The Renaissance, Cantate Domino, Their fifth Xmas CD O magnum mysterium is now available for purchase. Winner of The 2010 OMFA provincial competition, They are ranked amongst The best of Canada's choirs. Following lengthy discussions with a number of experienced and well respected Choristers, we came up with some basic philosophies. • Keep The choir to a manageable size • Take our music to The community-at-large • Establish ourselves as a quality musical group • Encourage Less experienced Choristers to grow in ability and musicality • Share our joy in singing One thing was fundamental, and that was to keep The choir `Ego-Free` Their mantra being ‘Leave your Egos at The door as it’s The music that matters’. Their desire was to form a group in which lasting friendships would grow and be nurtured, with an aim to bond and enjoy singing, and at The same time, perform to The community, raise money for charity and have lots of pleasure doing so. Un très bon moment pour Les enfants et Les adultes dans la salle qui ont bien joué le jeu! Cette soirée qui était organisée par SENSATION! est primée du TopCom 2013 et finaliste du Grand Prix KRéA 2013 et en lice pour le prix du public !

Ces cloches parlaient d'heureuses années, et, dans le grand Bois, semblaient reverdir Les feuilLes fanées, des jours d'autrefois. The leaves unfurled on branches so lightly delicate and soft.
